The Research Projects aim to promote the excellence of the University in all its disciplinary sectors. Projects can be submitted by research groups made up of subjects in possession of the requirements referred to in art. 5.1. The minimum number of research groups, including the proposer, is as follows:

• Small projects - from € 3,000.00 to € 4,000.00: the research group must consist of at least two members, of which at least one is structured;
• Medium projects - from € 10,000.00 to € 15,000.00: the research group must consist of at least four members, of which at least three are structured;& nbsp;
• Large projects - from € 25,000.00 to € 40,000.00: the research group must consist of at least six members, of which at least five are structured. & nbsp;

The minimum number of members of the research group constitutes a condition of eligibility for the evaluation, ascertained in advance.  

The aforementioned group can also be joined by other internal subjects (e.g. fellows, doctoral students, postdocs, postgraduate students) or external to Sapienza5, belonging to public or private organizations, and foundations. These figures do not count towards the minimum number of members of the research group.
